Sunday, September 20 – Monday, September 21

Disney On Ice: Find Your Hero plays Little Caesars Arena Sunday at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Ray LaMontagne brings his Trouble 20th Anniversary Tour to the Fox Theatre at 7 p.m., followed by Jim Gaffigan: Everything Is Wonderful! at 8 p.m. Perilous Times plays the Fisher Theatre at 3 p.m., and Yard Act plays Magic Stick. Monday brings the Tigers against the Nationals at Comerica Park, 6:40 p.m.

Tuesday, September 22 – Wednesday, September 23

Mom Jeans plays the Majestic Theatre Tuesday, Pennywise plays Saint Andrew's Hall at 6:30 p.m., and SAINT LEVANT brings the Afandi World Tour to the Fillmore Detroit at 7 p.m. The Tigers and Nationals play again at 6:40 p.m. Wednesday brings the 7th Annual Detroit Black Film Festival's opening day at 315 E. Warren, Weezer: The Gathering at Little Caesars Arena at 7 p.m., and a Tigers-Nationals series finale at 1:10 p.m.

Thursday, September 24 – Friday, September 25

Cavetown's Running With Scissors Tour plays the Fillmore Detroit Thursday at 7 p.m., and World Ballet Company: Swan Lake with Live Orchestra runs Thursday and Friday at 7 p.m. at Music Hall Center. The Shepherd opens a Tyree Guyton exhibition Thursday, and the Red Wings host the Sabres at Little Caesars Arena at 7 p.m. Public Image Ltd is listed both Thursday, with no time given, and Friday at 7 p.m., both at Saint Andrew's Hall, and the Detroit Symphony Orchestra's Joshua Bell gala is listed both Friday and Saturday. Neither date is resolved here. Friday also brings Master P and Birdman to Little Caesars Arena and Warren Zeiders to El Club at 7 p.m.

Saturday, September 26

Corktown and Greektown each run an Oktoberfest. Huntington Place hosts both the 6th Annual Detroit Black College Expo, which is free, and the Detroit Totally Rad Vintage Fest. Robert C. Valade Park holds a free LittleGuide Stroller Roll family event, and the Tigers close their homestand against the Pittsburgh Pirates at 1:10 p.m.

Sunday — the All Things Nneka Mother-Daughter Walk starts at Ford Field Park. Wednesday — Logic and G-Eazy's Endless Summer Tour Part II stops at Pine Knob.

Friday — Michigan volleyball hosts Penn State at Crisler Center. Saturday — Michigan hosts Iowa at Michigan Stadium, and Bryson Tiller's Neo Trapsoul Tour plays Pine Knob.
