Homeless Action Network of Detroit

Homeless Action Network of Detroit (HAND) is the lead agency for the Continuum of Care serving Detroit, Hamtramck, and Highland Park, Michigan, with a mission to provide leadership to end homelessness. It coordinates homeless services data (HMIS), coordinated entry, advocacy, and an annual Point-in-Time Count, and offers volunteer and donation opportunities.
