Joseph Walker Williams Recreation Center

Lasky Recreation Center
Lasky Recreation Center is a City of Detroit Parks & Recreation facility on the Northeast side of Detroit (District 3), established in 1940 through the Works Progress Administration. The small, distinctive center offers indoor dance, crafts, a weight room, and boxing, plus outdoor tennis, basketball, cricket, and soccer at adjacent Jayne Field, and is named for former Detroit Recreation Commissioner Bernard Lasky.
